The illusion of control
Oogway: … until you let go of the illusion of control.
Shifu: Illusion?
Oogway: Yes. Look at this tree, Shifu: I cannot make it blossom when it suits me nor make it bear fruit before its time.
Shifu: But there are things we can control: I can control when the fruit will fall, I can control where to plant the seed: that is no illusion, Master!
Oogway: Ah, yes. But no matter what you do, that seed will grow to be a peach tree. You may wish for an apple or an orange, but you will get a peach.
Need to get things back in order.
PS. A blog post on The Concert is long overdue.

Order and control is a lost cause!
Oh, dude. Why wish for an apple or orange when you know that you're sowing a peach tree? Moral of the story is to always know what you're sowing, so you'll never have to wonder what the fruit would be :)
Haha, tell me about it *eyeroll*
Erm. I didn't really think it through that far, you know? =P
PS. Wow, you're becoming quite the social blogger (commenting on other people's blogs, leave alone yours!)
Same here man.
like bout the NEED to get things in order bit.
Haha. I like that you quoted Kung Fu Panda. And nice that you picked up on that little bit of the dialog.
Very pretty picture
@Sam: I know right? So annoying.
@thegirlwithonehear: =)
@Victoria: Thank you! It's from the movie.
